Textile and garden installation by Aia Jüdes and Sanna Haverinen at Sofiero Castle, Helsingborg.
We opened the spring season 2017 at the Orangery with a suspended fantasy garden freely inspired by Japanese kokedama (moss balls) and sakura (cherry blossom).
Moss, spring asparagus, wild orchids and English geraniums were mixed with cornet flowers and our own hand-printed and hand-dyed silk textiles.
We also designed velvet furnitures in the shape of tranquil and luscious forrest lakes with prints of moss, carps and dragonflies, inviting visitors to lay down and dream away for a while under a sky of shimmering spring greenery!
